How can I miss you if you won't go away?
T-shirt slogan
I'm back. Back in London. Back amongst the filth and degeneracy. I don't adjust well, give me a few days and I will be jolly again. Probably.
I didn't get much painting or blogging done once my husband arrived, did I? I finished another small painting and began a larger one but I was very busy reading summer novels and swimming. You know how it is.
I'm not sure if I'm happy with this little painting but I posted it anyhow to show you my efforts over the last few weeks.
I only completed one pair of knitted socks all summer. This is a low turn over for me.
I'll have to make those needles burn this autumn to use up all those amazing yarns I collected in June.
Now that I am back you can expect a return to regular service. The kids still have two weeks off school so I won't be up to full speed but I'll be more regular.
I've enjoyed your perfectly paced posts for a summer vacation. And I'm also one of 'those' that would love a print of one of your lovely paintings. Welcome back!

I absolutely love the painting. I need it in a set of note cards. :)

Notecards would be sweet, but I want it hanging on my wall!

Summer hols always seem the perfect time for all the little projects you'd love to do, however the time just slips by and only a smidgin gets done! Know what you mean about being back - sighhhhhhhhhh!
