Tranquilizers work only if you follow the advice on the bottle --keep away from children.

I'm still here. We spent all yesterday at the Toronto airport waiting for my husband's plane to land. An air France plane, coming in at the same time, crashed. The airport filled up with smoke. I asked a nice air guy where the smoke was coming from, "an airplane, ha ha." He didn't answer me. Fortunately no one was seriously injured. Amazing. And eventually I got my husband.
So now he's here, I might get more time to blog and paint. Let's hope so, eh. (I'm morphing back into a Canadian, and loving it).
"How's the painting going?", I here you ask.
More Splishes and splashes. Some lovely colour charts. And a number of small still life paintings. I have enjoyed painting these Norwegian mugs my mother has.
I think pretty good considering how much time I have to spend entertaining kids. All painting is done alongside them.
Quinte is very frustrated by painting at the moment. He doesn't know how to make use of happy accidents yet. Or rather he has to relearn how.
I'm not getting as much time to read everyone Else's blogs. I will have lots of catching up to do when I reemerge from the wilderness. But I'm thinking of you all and looking forward to posting more frequently now that my babysitter has arrived.
Juju, they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!.
Please, please, please get some prints done when you get back.
Please.

These are all so beautiful. I wish I could move towards a more relaxed and free style. I am to tight with my watercolors. Also, just wanted to say, I enjoy your quotes at the beginning of each entry.

I'm so glad everything was all right with you and yours. You must be loving the wilderness now that you have help. The paintings are wonderful. Lyn is right, please have some prints made. I would love to buy one, or two....

They are beautiful! So powerful (it's my prejudice against aquarelle coming through there).

Beautiful - I particularly love the third one. Glad you're having a good time (at least it sounds like you are) and hope you get more time to your own devices. It's always lovely to see what you are doing.
