Just wanted to say "Hi, I'm still alive."
I'm just having a little down time.
I turn 40 this coming weekend and have been quietly reflecting and reading. I will be back sometime next week most likely.
I can't recommend The Book Of Lost Things enough!
It's always good to take some 'me' time. Just wanted to say how good the article in Cloth Paper Scissors is. I do something similar based on the mind mapping process and it always works.
Enjoy the time to yourself but I miss your blog. There's always something to inspire.

Happy Birthday! I'm 40 next week (and not nearly as excited about it as I sound...). I think _being_ 40 will be just fine (because really, what are my choices?) but I think _turning_ 40 is going to kick my *ss.
Here's to making the most of it!

Happy 40th! I used my 40th birthday as an excuse to take a self-imposed sabbatical from teaching to concentrate on my art for a year. Highly recommend "me" time. :-)
Oh yes, saw your work in the latest Cloth, Paper, Scissors. Great work!
