I've knit up two Meret Berets (pattern by Woolly Wormhead) with the merino I dyed last week. It is much too hot to model them so I'll show you flat pictures. This is the Chalcedony colourway. And this is raindrop:
This merino is softer than cashmere. So lovely!
I'm writing my summer knitting patterns and packing my painting materials for my trip to Canada. I get so busy before I leave!
Love both hats and especially like the lace stitch. Think it must take alot of concentration - no watching TV while knitting those creations! Look forward to more designs and more Canadian photos this summer.

The Meret Berets looked awesome that It's hard to believe that they were handmade. It must have taken a lot of effort to knit these. I liked the second beret, which was the raindrop since I liked its color. I hope you had a wonderful trip to Canada.
