I'm still not feeling settled back in London or my studio. The list of things I want to do is so much longer than the list of things I can do in a day. I'm having trouble settling to one task and putting aside the others.
So, ignoring my task list, I went off to the flower market with my sister. Look giant polka dot tea!
And dreamy flowers...
I hate to be another blogger to fill my post with flower pictures, but tis the season.
I'm knitting this Louisa Harding number.
And wearing this. ...although not with quite as much skin showing.
I think that it's always better to head out to see sights and get inspiration than to try to settle down to tasks if you're not ready. And what sights you saw! Thanks for taking me along and brightening my day. Now, back to my own very long list of important tasks...

I've been finding it hard to get myself organized in my basement workshop - I have lots of felted sweaters waiting to be cut up and resewn but I just can't seem to get myself motivated to get started! I seem to jump from one thing to another without finishing the first thing.
Oh well, my cousin would say that that feeds creativity - and so does a trip to the flower market!

I like these flowers and the huge tea cup! I think it's nice to get inspired by something beautiful outside your studio :)

It was great to meet you yesterday and thank you so much for your help. I have downloaded the pattern for your shawl and can't wait to get started. The pictures of you suffered from the low light levels, but I hope you like the one I put up while you patiently wound up my yarn.

Hello! I'm so excited I came across your blog! I am a fairly new knitter and I just love to see what everyone is working on:) I LOVE the Louisa Harding cardigan! She has so fantastic patterns. I made one of her beautiful shawls at the beginning of this year, and it's my favorite thing I've ever knitted:)

You know, there are worse things then having
too much on the brain...not having any creative things going on. Fieldtrip to the flower market...yeah! Love the sweater.
Happy daydreaming...kelly(simplyworn.etsy)
